We had a great stay at Albergue Santos in Santiago! The location was perfect, especially after finishing the Camino. The microwave and refrigerator in the room were a lifesaver since we struggled to find vegetarian-friendly options in the city. The bunk beds were well-organized, with curtains, lights, USB and power points, and a small shelf for each bunk. There was also good storage for our bags. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful facilities.

The location was mind-blowingly perfect for arriving on foot from the Camino and exploring the city. The facilities were super, with a microwave, refrigerator, and two nearby supermarkets, which saved us in a not-so-veg-friendly city. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and each bunk was jaw-droppingly well-organized with curtains, lights, USB & power points, and shelves. The storage space for bags was good, and the shared kitchen with cookware, wi-fi in rooms, dryer, and kitchen utensils were a bonus. The leisure/TV room, wheelchair access, locker room, and non-smoking rooms were also available.

Each bunk was well organized with a curtain, light, USB and power point, and a small shelf. The storage for bags was ample, allowing me to keep my belongings neat and tidy. Great location and perfect for a short stay in the city. Close to the Camino and within walking distance of everything. Loved having a microwave and refrigerator available, especially since there were two supermarkets nearby. Made it easy to grab some veg-friendly snacks.
Lack of ventilation was a bit uncomfortable, especially since the dorms were downstairs. It got quite stuffy by morning.

The location was perfect for us as friends who enjoy going out at nights. We could easily walk from the Camino and explore the city. There were also two supermarkets nearby which was handy. the availability of a microwave and refrigerator meant that we could survive in a city that wasn't very vegetarian-friendly.
We felt very lucky to have found this place and had no reason to complain.

The shared lounge and garden were a great place to meet other guests and enjoy the unreliable WiFi.
Who needs sleep? I loved being disturbed by motion sensor lights, loud TV shows, and smoke drifting into the bunk areas.

Great location, just a short walk from the Camino and close to the city center. the presence of a microwave and refrigerator made it convenient to have meals, especially since there were two supermarkets nearby. the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Limited ventilation in the dorms, which were located downstairs. the only source of ventilation was the door outside to the toilets and showers, leading to a stuffy atmosphere by morning.
